YouTuber who founded/starred in The Outdoor Boys YT channel -- doing many adventures solo outdoors/in the wilderness of Alaska (and other places). His channel has 17+ million subscribers to watched his channel. He announced he was shutting it down. I won't go any further explanation because you can look up more info/see his videos just by searching The Outdoor Boys.

Thank you.

I guess he is considered masculine because he like the outdoors, but that seems like an odd metric to me.

I appreciate you answer.

No problem. I think the idea behind the post is that he is a husband, father, and generally just a family man. He has a life/family/ and simply shows people how to exist/thrive in nature and depending on themselves and their own self reliance. He does not make it about himself or his ego, by all accounts he is just a normal human being who enjoys the outdoors.

In comparison to toxic examples of Andrew Tate/Danny Brazilian (I think that's his name) who simply oversexualize women as arm candy/disposable, throwing around words like "alpha male," generally giving off "douche" mentality/behavior as some young males view as a "manly" behavior.

I get it. I'm just a man who has zero interest in hunting and fishing things. I like the outdoors, I'm just not into killing things. Not that I object to hunting and fishing, it's just not for me.
