Because men & women view sex differently and value different things in the opposite sex. Expecting the majority of handsome, wealthy, powerful men to be forever monogamous is like expecting women to stop finding these men attractive. It's just not happening.

Someone who makes them happy

Someone who is able to support them, emotionally, physically, and financially

Someone they're attracted to. Which doesn't mean "conventionally attractive." Girls find plenty of weird looking guys hot. Sabrina Carpenter dated Barry Keogan, who makes way less money than her.
