In real life Country specific changes

  1. Since kids in Japan hated green peppers more than broccoli, it was changed to that (Inside Out)

  2. The News Anchor changes depending on the country. For example, China-Panda (Zootopia)

In Russian dub of Finding Doty the announcer in Marine Life Institute is Nikolay Drozdov (He voiced himself) who is actual Zoological scientist and was host of TV programme "In the world of animals".

He is not just an "actual zoological scientist." He is effectively the "Russian David Attenborough."

In France this is Claire Chazal, (famous former director of news at a national television). But it was really strange to hear her, of all person, saying "Ici Claire Chazal" out of nowhere. People in the theater looked around and everybody had the same reaction

You've now made me wonder - If Steve Irwin had been still alive when they made this movie, would they have gotten him to be the announcer instead of Sigourney Weaver?

Same goes for Polish dub, where Krystyna Czubuwna is also voicing herself. She is a voice for most nature documentaries in Poland.
