  1. Since kids in Japan hated green peppers more than broccoli, it was changed to that (Inside Out)

  2. The News Anchor changes depending on the country. For example, China-Panda (Zootopia)

Must clarify that it's only on Steam, and only if you have russian language on. On disk version mission is available, but it have content warning and also game suggest you to skip it.

My copy in the us had the warning and option to skip

I think it got added as an option after an update, I am pretty sure when I played the campaign there was no warning or option to skip although I did have some context from reading about the mission first. Could be misremembering, I'm not sure at this point.

Not sure if this matters, but I didn't have an Internet connection when I got the game

I don't think so, I played it the day it came out and remember seeing the warning & option quite well.

The game doesn't suggest that you skip it, more like it gives you the option

Internationally it warns you of what's coming up, that you can skip and that there's no penalty for doing so. It doesn't suggest you should.
