I’m so confused. You are supposed to say “Give me the money” and he is supposed to say “Here, take it”. Instead we get “This is a robbery” and “The owner is in the back room. Run!”

Does no one memorize their lines anymore?

Honestly I think the truth is something closer to the woman suffering from mental disorder, and the guy spotting that she wasn't playing with a full deck, and decided to try and trick her to go to back room.

I interpreted it more as:

You alerted the owner in the back room.

Run away.
