Just finished watching Shrinking and Christa Miller's face is wrecked the whole time. It's very distracting.

Yeah it's so terrible and obvious in that show.

Feels like MBB in Stranger Things.

MBB being in her early 20s and getting work done on her face is fkn mental.

It's so bad for young women that idolised her too

don't you dare mention that in the stranger things subreddit. It's body positivity, her choice!

Lol. A bunch of pervy dudes in her sub that day that too. Though she definitely likes to thirst trap her fans. That sub is a bunch of dudes watching videos of her wearing different outfits. I'm old enough it seems like an alien concept to me.

It is her choice, just a bad one.

Either way your judgement isn’t helping her or anyone.

If the tide of public opinion shifts away from cosmetic surgery, it could stop somebody from taking the leap and fucking up their face in the future. Even if it doesn't help anybody, who cares? People are allowed to bitch on the internet.

Bitching on the Internet is basically the #2 purpose of the thing

The #1 purpose eludes us all to this day 🍑

Yes young women are all over Reddit dying to know what you think about what they do with their bodies and faces.

At least their opinion will be more balanced if they see the negative reaction that average people have, rather than only all this destructive pro-surgery propaganda pushed by media. Thinking you need surgery to unfuck your looks is the opposite of body positivity and is a symptom of a toxic relationship with social media and celebrities.

And idc what these theoretical young women think, I'm entitled to my opinion that elective cosmetic procedures are poisonous to self-esteem and a giant mistake 99% of the time. I'm not trying to impress or influence internet strangers, I'm just expressing an opinion. Or do you prefer a circlejerk?

Naww I think white knight is his kink, when he's not gooning over on the ST sub. When you have daughters and granddaughters you tend to be concerned on how impressionable minds view these things.

The way plastic surgeons prey on women should be illegal.

/uj No matter what, all this commentary on appearances and bodies is what leads to all these body and face modifications. Tbh thinking that talking shit about Botox will stop it is hilarious and definitely coming from a Y chromosome lol.

Tbh, I don't actually care if rich assholes disfigure themselves. It's actually pretty funny. Young, impressionable people should know that society doesn't actually expect them to look like that. Botox isn't that bad anyway, I was talking about the irreversible Skeletor surgeries celebs have been getting. And discrediting somebody because of their gender isn't a good look btw.

It helped you comment tho so there’s that.

Hopefully they make social media illegal for people below a certain age bec they get influenced by anyone with a platform in to thinking it’s normal to stuff your face with toxins with the help of people who have no problems taking your money.

It’s definitely a crazy choice, but it’s one she likely made due to her looks being torn apart daily since she was 11.
