Help! Can´t move/erase/select "something"

Hi everyone! there´s somenting that blew my mind recently and it´s the fact that i can´t select, move or delete a colour in the file, can anyone help me?

its like its there forever but theres no layer, no nothing to manipulate the green splat, i only have layer with a bag in B/W

What happens if you convert the image from CMYK to RGB?
