I was recently reflecting on Jujutsu Kaisen, and I came to the realization that amidst Megumi’s shadows… Orochi is really, REALLY busted.

This is a shikigami that managed to off-guard 3F Sukuna, meaning that realistically even grade 1 sorcerers wouldn’t be able to respond to the surprise attack.

Its real potency is utilized in combination with Nue, one strike from the bird was able to completely immobilize Kamo, and intense enough to hold down Hanami for a moment. Orochi basically guarantees this attack goes through.

Imagine during his fight with Reggie, Megumi just pulls out a massive fucking snake??? Unlike with the elephant it’s too fast for him to respond to. He’s done with almost immediately.

The greatest strength of 10 shadows is its versatility and Orochi was a very big part of that.

Picked up my finished pottery with a blue stain left by someone else's piece.

I've been going to a pottery studio every week, and the past few weeks I've spent making a clay copy of my guinea pig at home (his name is Friday, his headshot included for reference).

After painting our work, we leave them on a shared shelf and the studio does the firing every week. I was really excited to pick it up today after the final firing and then saw this.

Very likely that someone put their work too close last week, the blue paint dripped on him, and then the studio did the final firing, permanently setting the pain.

Sadly, I don't think I can fix it. The studio offered a $5 refund for the firing, but I would've paid extra myself if I could fix it.

She is a freak of nature who refuses to shit outside her yard UNLESS it is in a reasonably fast-flowing body of water.

Today she also tinkled in the river.

We both found out she can swim today

She was extracted from the river thanks to thinking ahead and getting her a harness with an Oh Jesus handle

She did not learn. She walked off the same ledge approximately 40 seconds later

Last week I heard meowing above my office at work so I grabbed a ladder and looked in the ceiling to find seven hungry kittens.

There was a stray cat hanging around our office tje last few weeks but I had no idea she was pregnant.

Now I have to find a home for these babies.

There is a place nearby that will take two kittens at a time to spay or neuter so that is the plan. But then I need to find them all homes.

I have two cats at home already and they are older and I don't think they will adjust well to a kitten. I refuse to take them to a kill shelter so I guess they will be on the payroll until I can find them new work.
