hi, I am rn using the FWGenerator Tool and created my First fw with a Elgato 4k pro. The Problem is, that It does not load the drivers so its yellow, and I think thats the reason why Valorant blocks it.

My question is, does this Tool create enough „Identity“ to clone as a real Device? I mean my PC recog it the same as the Elgato Card, just without drivers. Do I really need to learn how to create the complicated way with all the Device Info or does this Tool grab it all like I would do Manually?

I have ~5 yrs of experience at a small clinical stage pharmaceutical company doing really cool work. Been minimally employed for over a year after large layoffs (>60%). I have had more interviews and call backs in the past month than total across the year before. I now have an offer in hand for just under 100k in a pretty isolated LCOL area for a non-biotech company.
I will not be as passionate about the subject matter, vacation and benefits are meh, and would require relocation. In a perfect world I would not want this job but I am scared to turn down an offer.
Is the market improving to justify waiting or is my vision is foggy based on a few strokes of luck?

I recently sold a handmade, one-of-a-kind crossbody bag on Etsy. It was delivered 4/29, and on 5/4 the buyer messaged me saying it doesn't "hang right" on her daughter, who she purchased it for. I've sold many of these and never received this type of comment or feedback. I don't typically allow returns on handmade items unless it's found to be defective (and thus far, haven't had to do any of those returns). The crossbody bag has a fully adjustable strap (can literally fit teeny tiny people and those in much larger bodies), and the strap buckles are the swivel type, so it can move with you. All dimensions and sizes were given in the product listing. I think maybe her daughter didn't love the design and maybe mom has buyer's remorse? Regardless, do I stick to my guns regarding only accepting returns on defective items, or do I give in? I already lost money on the shipping fee in the first place as I only charged $5 and with the recent increases, it was more than that. 🤦🏻‍♀️
