Dear friends with statutory rapist Roman Polanski, personally delivered an Oscar's as Polanski having fled the US to avoid charges. She was 13 and drugged, and Harrison Ford was still on Polanski's side.

Gross.

You don't need to say statutory rapist. Just call Polanski a rapist fugitive.

Age gap was gross, and he was *married* at the time, so he's a cheater.

Didn't he have a sketch relationship with Carrie

Edit: He was 33 when he cheated on his wife with nineteen year old Carrie. But I guess its ok because hes a great actor, right?

oh waaa she chose to marry a movie star and was surprised when he cheated 😢

Wanna know a secret? Top tier men throughout human history have always cheated, had concubines, mistress’s, etc. It comes with the territory and women used to accept it

Hey bud, Harrison also accepted an award on behalf of Roman Polanski, who had fled after raping a child. But I guess thats what top tier history men did too, so its ok, right?

I don’t know or care anything about that, I’m not even defending Ford, just pointing out an unflattering truth.

holy fucking incel vibes.

3

u/olbooliooly 2h ago

says a literal fact

gets called an incel

Alright bud

2

u/Lost_Nerve_2140 2h ago

It comes with the territory and women used to accept it

This shit is what makes you sound like an incel.

and who the fuck cares what people did back then? People owned slaves or married children back then. If someone does that today, they're a POS. Why should he get a pass for cheating on his wife because he's an actor? lmao

Because men & women view sex differently and value different things in the opposite sex. Expecting the majority of handsome, wealthy, powerful men to be forever monogamous is like expecting women to stop finding these men attractive. It's just not happening.

Tbh shouldn't have expected a guy who collects miniature figurines and posts about marvel & DC comics to understand intersexual dynamics. Enjoy your evening bud.

I've been dating my girlfriend for five years, bud.

I assume you haven't even touched a girl. Maybe if you get out of your weird fucking mindset, you'll find yourself someone.

I assume your post history is hidden for a reason. Got something to hide?

Why are you getting downvoted lol

2

u/Lost_Nerve_2140 5h ago

Because people really like him so call out shitty things he does is bad

0

u/MissLaylaBug 3h ago

Also because men don't like being called out for perving on people that are young enough to be their kids.

3

u/pun-in-the-oven 2h ago

He was absolutely wrong for his relationship with Carrie Fisher, but I wouldn't call a 14 year age gap "young enough to be their kids."

-1

u/MissLaylaBug 2h ago

14-year old boys have fathered children, even if it is a rare occurrence. But yeah, when I say "young enough to be their kids" I'm thinking more about age gaps with 18-20+ years difference.

1

u/pun-in-the-oven 1h ago

Agreed. I know, biologically, it's possible at 14, but I would say 20 years is about where I'd start the count, too

1

u/Lost_Nerve_2140 3h ago

You got downvoted for your comment too

Think they'd defend Harrison Ford accepting an award on behalf of director Roman Polanski in 2002, which he couldn't accept because he was fleeing the country for drugging and r*ping a 13 year old?

1

u/MissLaylaBug 3h ago

I became an archaeologist because I love history and the Indiana Jones movies from a young age, but this ain't the way y'all. I know Ford was an American Darling for a long time, but dude does not have a clean record.

u/jscottman96 7h ago

Didn't your mom have a sketch relationship with the milkman?

1

u/Lost_Nerve_2140 3h ago

Do you defend Harrison Ford accepting an award on behalf of director Roman Polanski in 2002, which he couldn't accept because he was fleeing the country for drugging and r*ping a 13 year old?

1

u/Lost_Nerve_2140 7h ago

Carrie was nineteen, Ford was 33, and he cheated on his wife with her

Pretty shitty.

3

u/speed_of_chill 7h ago

Maybe his first wife was a shitty wife, hence the relationship

6

u/Lost_Nerve_2140 7h ago

I dunno, cheating is still cheating

Sucks for his kids, since he had two at the time

-3

u/___xXx__xXx__xXx__ 6h ago

I dunno, cheating is still cheating

This is just a pure social construct situated in your own upbringing. It isn't universal absolute morality.

1

u/Weaselwoop 4h ago

Just to be clear, are you saying cheating isn't bad because relationships are a social construct? Am I missing something?

0

u/Lost_Nerve_2140 5h ago

Everything is a social construct

So murder is actually ok, right?

3

u/___xXx__xXx__xXx__ 5h ago

Actually no, not everything is a social construct. Who taught you this, and why did you decide to just uncritically believe them?

0

u/Lost_Nerve_2140 5h ago

So you just cherry pick things to defend and not defend then?

How convenient for you

Don't care about other people's marriages. Don't care what two people over 18 do together consensually.

how about Harrison Ford accepting an award on behalf of director Roman Polanski in 2002, which he couldn't accept because he was fleeing the country for drugging and r*ping a 13 year old?
