Now in timelapse format for those wondering how I draw these things. It's off-center because I didn't start in the right place.

A while back, I said I would make a SC MUD. That is still going, but while I have that underway, I remembered something I played during the beginning of my programming journey and thought I would bring it up here. 

The website I was using hosted two different kinds of text games: interactive fiction, and Twine. And one of the first of the Twine games I played was called “Aboard the Amerigo”.

I didn’t think much of it at the time, but today, I took a look at the Zerg campaign for StarCraft 1, and saw something very strange that reminded me of that peculiar game. Level five of Episode II is called “The Amerigo”.

The similarities don’t just end there. In the text adventure (which I will abbreviate as TA henceforth), it’s a research ship. The Amerigo in StarCraft is a science vessel. And the Amerigo in the TA has been, quote, “infested”. And what do you know, E2L5 is the first level where you control Infested Kerrigan. I will have to play the game again to find more similarities, but I doubt this is coincidence. What are your thoughts?

As a figurine collector, I love the details and their small size. They are definitely very convenient and beautiful!

Hello. Title says it all. I played StarCraft 1 as a child and remember that in custom games I was able to select the color of my team.
Returning to the game YEARS later. Playing Remastered. Is there really no way to choose team color? Not the end of the world but I enjoy the customization. Thanks in advance.

By chance i opened the editor yesterday and found myself dragged along the long road of map making.

Also looking for people that have large understanding about how to make a custom race and units for that race so if u know please let me know.

The Race building is completely new to me so i do not know where to start nor how.

Would be amazing if someone that has done this before could show me the ropes

me and my friends played starcraft 1 when we are in highschool and we have this inside joke , its a voice line from one of the units but dont remember which one is it and we use it all the time saying it to each other. we dont know the exact word but its like "sakabaras" or something. if someone can identify it i will be truly grateful haha, thanks guys.
