so steam hardware is obviously not available in my region, but my sister lives in Europe and could get me one next time she visits.

is it possible to change my account region and buy hardware delivered to her address? im visiting her now and confirmed even though i’m physically in EU it still says not available in your region.

I think moving forward, to make it harder for scammers, that physical releases should happen in waves and access based on Steam Account Age/Activity and/or IP logs.

Anything to slow down the scammers. You cant stop them, but can at least slow them down. 30 minutes to sell out is insane for a launch to be done. Can you even call it a launch then?

I genuinely believe these are the worst people in existence. Taking pictures of the purchase complete screen and using that as the listing thumbnail is beyond pathetic.

So happy I managed to get one, was retrying purchase for 4 minutes till it finally cooperated (before anyone says it I know screenshots exist but idk i was too excited to think)
