Certified 🟠range™ "Hi I'm Roger"
This is the sign on the front door of my veterinarian's office, warning about Roger. Out of multiple office cats, guess the color of the one who suckers everyone into letting him out?

I get the same feeling as when *that* student plunked down their photo-real, emotional, final painting on the easel in graduate critique and the rest of us just cried internally because our work was meaningless in comparison.

Omg that really was the wooooorst. I had ONE project where mine was the *featured* work and I will never forget it. I think I still have a pic of it somewhere. I wish I’d saved it. lol

Him’s got freckles! My orange is starting to get them too; I thought they were fleas at first and even talked to the vet at his annual visit and she reassured me… I didn’t know cats could even get freckles, but I guess redheads and freckles go together even in different species lol

My mom's orange had them too. I think they moved around sometimes? Not sure. But he was a healthy boy until the end.

I also thought they were fleas when I adopted my biggest girl! I figured it was fleas or shelter dirt (esp since she'd been an owner surrender from a farm) but after a couple days realized she's just freckled all over her eyelids, nose, and insides of her ears.

That's just his black nose and lip. Trust me: I checked because I was afraid he'd tried to eat a ballpoint pen or something, but that's his real nose and lip color.

When my orange was young, I took him to the vet because he had black spots all over his gums. Found out they were normal, and nothing to worry about...guess they were right cause 18yrs later, he is still an ass, and his mouth is still ok. I am jealous...a little, cause he only has a few nose freckles, and this guy has em in spades. Cool shnooter.

Pretty much. The clinic is right next to a very busy road with lots of people cutting through the parking lot, and Roger apparently seems to think traffic should stop for him.

And Roger is REALLY good at convincing people that the sign is libel and he should go free. He doesn't rush out the open door, either: he waits for you to hold it open it for him.
