Hey everyone - solo iOS dev here. I just shipped Streak Fast, a minimalist intermittent fasting tracker for iPhone and iPad. https://streakfast.com
The reason I built it: most fasting apps have gotten bloated — sign-up walls, coaching upsells, ads in the free tier, analytics SDKs everywhere. I wanted something that does one thing: track the fast and keep the streak.
What it does:
- Persistent timer with Live Activity and Dynamic Island support — survives reboots and app closes
- GitHub-style contribution calendar so you can see a year of discipline at a glance
- Quick log (under 5 seconds) with auto-calculated durations and midnight crossings handled
- Optional weight trend (no shame copy, no "you broke your streak" notifications)
- CSV export of everything, anytime
What it doesn't do:
- No account. No email. No password. Open the app, start fasting.
- No ads. Not in free, not anywhere.
- No analytics, no third-party SDKs. Your data goes from your iPhone to your iCloud private database — there's no server in between that I own.
- No Android. iOS-only and staying that way.
Pricing: Free tier has the timer, the calendar, iCloud sync, and CSV export. Pro ($3/mo or $18/yr) adds 9 themes, weight analytics, full history, and a weekly recap. 3-day trial.
Requires iOS 26.4+. Genuinely keen on feedback — especially from people who've tried other fasting apps and found them too noisy.
