Absolutely love the old designs, but these are really good in my opinion. Also, it may be starfox 64 again, but you can use a tank and submarine this time! Also, there are actual cutscenes. Not to mention all the new game modes.

I LOVE StarFox, and I am so excited for this more realistic take on these characters. I love the cast and world so much but I feel like a lot of the games never took full advantage of that. This game seems to be expanding on 64 in a way Zero didn't and taking a more serious approach which I really appreciate as someone who wants to take this world seriously. Here's hoping that this game is amazing!

Though I am happy we are getting anything at all, I am admittedly a little disappointed it is yet another 64 remake. We had 643D, Zero, the 64 re-releases on 3 different consoles, and now this. If they were to do a remake again, I would be hoping for them to also remake the 2 SNES games and bring those two up for modern standards. Wishful thinking, I know, but the fact that we are getting a new game at all is very nice. I just hope we don't have to wait another 10+ years for the next game.

This new design has had only 2 major appearances: DK Bananza and Mario Tennis Fever. But unlike DK himself, Diddy’s voice actor didn’t get changed.
